Planning
mark_alec needs to submit a proposal for another Gentoo mini-conf. Plan of attack is as follows:
- email -core telling people about conference and gently persuading them to come along DONE
- email -au telling people about conference, asking for feedback from this year's DONE
- write up proposal, get a few regulars #-au to make sure my english isn't completely broken, before submitting it.
